New Capstone provider announcement

 New Capstone provider announcement

The Department of Home Affairs (the Department) has finally selected a new Migration Agents Capstone Assessment provider.

The Capstone exam will now be delivered by Legal Training Australia Pty Ltd (LTA). LTA is an approved Continuing Professional Development (CPD) provider.

LTA will be expected to develop and deliver an assessment to tests candidates on all nine of the Occupational Competency Standards (OCS) for Registered Migration Agents. The assessments will be delivered online and according to the Department’s approved standards of integrity, validity, and reliability.

LTA will need to ensure that each round of assessment is different from the previous one to mitigate the risk of academic misconduct.
